This Disc Golf Dunedin event will be played on Saturday 20th December. The Longest Day of 2025. A fun way to finish of 2025.
Kick off will be a Flex Start from 6am, beginning at Brockville Park, Ripirere Wero (Dunedin).
Players will then play rounds at (in this order)
Chingford Park (Dunedin)
Port Chalmers Golf Course (Dunedin)
East Otago Rawhiti Disc Golf Course (Palmerston)
Weston Disc Golf Course (Oamaru)
Victoria Park (Waimate)
Knottingley Park (Waimate)
Cards will have a minimum of 3 players.
5 Divisions: (By PDGA Ratings) Club Members feel free to play “up a division” if your rating does not represent your increased skill level.
MA1: 880 and above, MA2: 850 to 879, MA4: 849 and below & New Players
FA1: 715 and above, FA4: 714 and below.
$10 entry fee to be paid to Errol Nye, which will go towards food in Waimate after everyone is finished.
This is a social event and there will be no prizes (other than food at the end).
Green fees will need to be paid by non members at the Port Chalmers Golf course. A special half price rate of $10 has been arranged with the Port Chalmers golf club for The Longest Day event.
A $5 ACE kitty will be run during the event, please bring cash to the first round of the day. If no aces are thrown a CTP will be set up at Knottingley Park
Please ensure each car has a designated sober driver after the event for the drive home if not staying overnight in Waimate.
