About the event

Tai Chi Seated Seat

Designed for those who are non-ambulatory, in recovery or rehab.
Students learn the first 17 moves, known as the Foundation Set, while seated, and gradually progress to a standing set if they are able.

No membership fee. Indoor classes are $5 each.
