Rejuvenating and energising, all levels welcome, stay longer for treats at Long Dog Café ☕

Pricing:
Yoga: $18 (or use your yoga pass)
Sauna: $15 

Wear: warm layers, sun protection, sunglasses
Bring: yoga mat (hire $2) or towel, water bottle, swimmers (+ towel for sauna option).

⚡ If stormy, we’ll shift to the next date in January (In-Studio options available).
