�Spring is a season of awakening, renewal, and new possibilities.�In Traditional Chinese Medicine, spring is governed by the Wood Element — the energy of growth, flexibility, vision, and forward movement. As nature begins to unfold, we are invited to reconnect with our own vitality and nurture the seeds of what we wish to grow.
�Join me for a weekly spring Qigong series exploring seasonal practices to support balance, wellbeing, and the harmonious flow of Qi throughout body, mind, heart and soul. 
�Classes are a unique blend of  
�🌸Qigong Movement�Gentle flowing practices to support the free movement of Qi particularly in the liver and gallbladder the organs related to the wound element.  Cultivate flexibility, and awaken the body from winters rest. �🌸Wood Element Practices�Connecting with the qualities of spring —growth, resilience, creativity, and new beginnings.�🌸Breath & Mindful Awareness�🌸 Seasonal Living & Plant Wisdom�Exploring ways to align with nature’s natures rhythms and your own natural rhythms through aromatherapy, botanical infusions and tonics and mindful self-care.
�Over this spring series, we will cultivate strong roots, flexible branches, and the inner space needed for future growth.
�A weekly opportunity to move, breathe, reconnect, and align with the potent energy of spring time.

Classes can be attended 

🌸casually for $25per 1.5 hour class which includes weekly seasonal teas & tonics. Please book your space by 9am on a Tuesday morning with Sharyn 0212014925

🌸for the full spring series of 8 classes for $200 which includes a seasonal bespoke aromatherapy blend.
