Women-only, Immersive Day Experience 

This one-day retreat is an invitation to slow down, soften, and come home to yourself. 

This day retreat is a taster for what is to come at the immersive Remembering Her weekend retreat. This immersive day offers a deeply nourishing glimpse into the energy, practices, and intention of the full weekend experience. 

Held within a safe, grounded, and embodied container, this day retreat is not about fixing or becoming something new- it is about remembering who you already are beneath the layers. 

Through breathwork, sacred ceremony, sound journeys, and gentle inner exploration, you will be guided back into your body, heart, and inner knowing, with care and nervous-system awareness throughout. 

You will leave feeling calmer, clearer, more embodied, and deeply resourced.

FACILITATORS 

Lulu- Spiritual teacher/ mentor Clairvoyant Medium, Honohono Practitioner, Past Life Regressionist and grounded space-holder 

Alex (Beyond Balance NZ)- Reiki Master/ Teacher, Psychic Medium, Breathwork Practitioner, Cacao Ceremony Facilitator and Registered Nurse. 

Together, they weave a safe, held, and deeply embodied container- one rooted in lived experience, intuitive wisdom, and genuine care. Their work is not performative or prescriptive, but relational and responsive, honouring each person’s nervous system, inner rhythms, and readiness. What they offer is a space to soften, to be met exactly as you are, and to gently remember what it feels like to be home in your body.
