Over time, this can show up as tension in the body, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, fatigue, or a sense of disconnection from ourselves.


Release & Reconnect is a gentle and supportive somatic healing workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and rediscover a deeper sense of inner balance.


This immersive weekend workshop invites you to slow down, listen inward, and explore how the body holds emotional experiences. Through guided somatic practices, breathwork, and creative expression, you will be supported to gently release what the body may have been carrying and reconnect with your inner sense of calm and clarity.


Saturday 2nd May & Sunday 3rd May 

10:00am - 4:00pm each day


Over the weekend, you will experience:


• Guided meditation and mindfulness

• Nervous system awareness

• Somatic shaking and body-based movement

• Breathwork for emotional release

• Expressive art and journaling

• Self-healing practices

• Reflection and integration


This workshop is not about forcing emotional release or “fixing” yourself. Instead, it offers a compassionate and supportive space where your body can safely express and release what it is ready to.


No previous experience is necessary. All practices are optional, and participants are always encouraged to move at their own pace.


Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, curious about somatic healing, or simply seeking time to reconnect with yourself, you are warmly invited to come exactly as you are.

Your Facilitators


Alex


Alex is a Registered Nurse, Reiki Master Teacher, and holistic facilitator with a deep passion for supporting emotional and energetic healing. Through her work she weaves together meditation, breathwork, energy healing, and body-based practices to help people reconnect with themselves in a grounded and compassionate way.


Alex creates nurturing spaces where people feel safe to explore their inner world, release emotional tension, and rediscover their own innate capacity for healing.


Lulu


Lulu is a gifted space holder and facilitator who brings warmth, intuition, and a deeply supportive presence to her work. She has a passion for guiding people through mindful practices that encourage self-awareness, emotional expression, and connection.


Together, Alex and Lulu create safe, welcoming environments where participants can explore healing practices, reconnect with themselves, and feel supported on their personal journey.
