Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, this hands-on experience explores how the six essential tastes:
sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter, and astringent.
Nourish the body, balance the doshas, and support optimal digestion. Participate in a guided blind tasting journey, where you’ll smell and sample each of the six Ayurvedic tastes - without visual cues.
