To celebrate the memory of Dion and to recognise 25 years since his passing, we are holding a get together with his friends and whānau at Ocean View beach.
It will be a relaxed afternoon sharing memories of Dion, and then for those that want to a surf/paddle at his favourite beach, Ocean View.
Bring your families, stories and photos of Dion, something to eat and drink, your wetsuit or togs, surfboard or bodyboard and take the time to reconnect with old friends and celebrate the memory of Dion.
There will be spare wetsuits, surfboards and bodyboards for those that don't have one.
