On 16 August the last of seven daily talks is artist and OAS President Rose Shepard. Rose will talk about “How I got hooked on the NZ Wearable Art Awards (now known as WOW) and became one of the team managing the event whilst in Nelson as well as entering.
I will give an overview of what the early days were like and how it evolved from an event with an audience of 30 to one with over 10,000 when it left Nelson in 2004.”
