As Solstice marks the longest night and the gradual return of light, we gather to honour this seasonal turning point - a powerful time for reflection, intention setting, and aligning with nature’s rhythms and cycles of renewal.

Chakra Shakti is an immersive and ceremonial evening of breathwork, mantra, chakra nidra, sound healing, meditation, and creative flow, designed to help you reconnect with your energy body and reset from the inside out.

Our practices will create space for exploration of the 7 main Chakras / energy centres, as well as the whole energy body.

Expect a cosy, restorative atmosphere embedded with intentional ritual and nourished by crystal singing bowls, grounding sounds, deep rest, and space to reflect on what you are ready to release, cultivate, or call forward into your next phase.   

No experience needed - just bring a blanket, cushion, journal & pen, water bottle, and your curiosity
