Bead-weaving can be considered a mindfulness therapy. The process involves focusing the mind single pointedly, which is known to help alleviate stress and anxiety. And as an added bonus, a creative product emerges from this 'meditation'!

These workshops are NOT virtual, but taught in person where personal hands-on attention and care is given. This is a great way to come together in a focused, creative environment.

The workshop takes place at Beadworkz studio, with a maximum of 6 students, so space is limited!
