BreathFlow breathwork with Hanka
You are invited to a breathflow practice designed to awaken a sense of aliveness, restore inner coherence, support nervous system reset, and decompress from stress of day to day life.
This breathwork practice is evidence based, and weaves together modern science and ancient traditions.
What to expect
You’ll be guided through the entire process—no experience needed. This breathflow combines breathing to a specific count with a variety of conscious breathing techniques. Throughout the session, we’ll explore different rhythms and patterns of breath to support nervous system regulation, and greater presence.
One key element of this particular breathflow includes an activating phase of faster breathing ( hyperventilation ) designed to stimulate the sympathetic nervous system. This intentional activation helps bring built-up tension to the surface, allowing your body to release it. By doing so, you create space for a deeper sense of relaxation and calm.
