Boating and water safety course for Juniors

This fun, hands-on course introduces our youngest learners to essential water safety and boating skills in a safe, supportive environment. Conducted in the learners’ pool, this shorter session is adapted from our full Boating and Water Safety programme to suit this age group. Lifejackets are worn throughout the session.

Children will have the opportunity to:

🛟 Learn how to correctly fit and wear a life jacket
🛟 Practise getting in and out of a boat safely
🛟 Explore different flotation aids in the water
🛟 Learn how to call for help in an emergency
🛟 Experience the Huddle and HELP positions for keeping warm and safe
🛟 Take part in a variety of fun, confidence-building water activities.
