This is not a workshop. It is not about fixing yourself, changing yourself, or searching for something outside of yourself. It is a sacred ceremony. A space to slow down, reconnect with your body, listen to your inner wisdom and allow yourself to be witnessed in your wholeness. Throughout this immersive four-hour experience, you will be guided through a series of intentional practices designed to support deep connection, release and embodiment. During this ceremony you will experience: Blue Lotus Ceremony An opening ritual inviting stillness, presence and connection with your intuitive self. Somatic Embodiment Journey A gentle and powerful exploration of the wisdom held within the body, allowing movement, sensation and expression to guide you home. Conscious Connected Breathwork A deeply transformative breath journey supporting release, expansion and reconnection with your inner landscape. Alex – Beyond Balance Alex is a Registered Nurse, trauma-informed coach, somatic practitioner, psychic medium, sound practitioner, breathwork facilitator and Reiki Master Teacher. With a deep understanding of the connection between body, mind and nervous system, Alex supports women to reconnect with their bodies, release stored experiences and cultivate greater awareness, safety and embodiment. What to Bring To help you feel comfortable and fully supported throughout the ceremony, we recommend bringing: A yoga mat or comfortable mat to lie on A blanket to keep warm during the breathwork and sound immersion A pillow or cushion for extra comfort A journal and pen for reflection and integration A water bottle to stay hydrated Comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely (layers are recommended) An eye mask (optional) if you enjoy journeying with your eyes covered Most importantly... Bring yourself exactly as you are. There is nothing you need to prepare, perform or prove. Everything you need for this journey already lives within you. We'll take care of the rest. A Few Gentle Notes • No previous experience with breathwork, meditation or ceremony is required. • Please enjoy a light meal 1- 2 hours before arriving, as conscious connected breathwork is most comfortable on a lightly filled stomach. • We recommend limiting alcohol or recreational substances for at least 24 hours beforehand to support a deeper experience. • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle into the space.
