Shake, Rattle + Stroll: Build!

Join us for storytelling, music and movement throughout the museum

Get ready to move and make some noise in this interactive workshop for little museum explorers, led by our friends from Dundee's multi-award-winning dance company Shaper/Caper.

We're building, stacking, toppling and tumbling in our Imagination loose parts play building site, inspired by architecture and engineering. Can we fix it? Yes we can!

Pick up an instrument and join in with musical play, stories and dressing-up, then follow our friendly designers to take a wander through the galleries.

Our early years activities are designed with play schemas in mind, to support children's natural instincts and help them make sense of the world. This month we're focusing on positioning, connecting and enclosing.

This workshop is free and suitable for under 5s and their adults. No booking required - drop in, dance and play!
