With the weight of the body supported in a soft hammock at low floor level, Aerial Yoga helps for deeper stretches and greater flexibility, fully supported and holding gentle poses for longer – with ease, and because it’s so restful it leaves you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

We are limited to 16 places, one person per hammock, so book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Weight limit is 15st (95kg)
