Simple, practical ways to support the earth
Breathwork is a guided practice using conscious breathing, music, and sound therapy to help you:
This is a gentle, music-led breathwork journey focused on relaxation, emotional release, and connection - not a push-your-limits or hyperventilation style.
Ishka Breathwork is safe, trauma-aware, and fully guided.
No prior experience is needed and everything is provided.
You are always in control of your experience and can pause, sit up, or step outside at any time.
Breathwork is generally very safe, but extra care is needed with certain conditions (e.g. PTSD, panic attacks, some heart conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy). All participants are required to sign a waiver form before the session.
Please get in touch if you are unsure or have any questions before booking.
These circles are:
You do not need any knowledge of plants, meditation, or breathwork.
There are three linked sessions, each focusing on a different plant.
You can attend one, two, or all three - each session stands alone but together they form a deeper journey.
🌿 Circle 1 - Nettle (Saturday 28th February)
Often seen as a ‘W**d’, nettle is one of our most powerful local super-plants. Traditionally used to support the blood, joints, allergies, and overall vitality, it’s deeply nourishing and restorative. Nettle helps us build boundaries, resilience, and a strong sense of self.
🌿 Circle 2 - Elderflower (Saturday 14th March)
Elderflower is traditionally used for the immune system, respiratory health, and seasonal support. It brings lightness and softening - helping us release tension and reconnect with the subtler, more spacious parts of ourselves.
🌿 Circle 3 - Hawthorn (Saturday 28th March)
Hawthorn is one of our greatest heart medicines, traditionally used to support emotional and physical heart health, circulation, and nervous system balance. Hawthorn invites us to feel safe enough to open, reminding us that true resilience comes from connection.
