✨Come along on the 16th of May at Forbes of Kingennie Country Resort,  from 10am to 2pm for an explorative and supportive workshop covering all things menopause. 

✨This is a space to learn, share, and discover practical ways to support your wellbeing during this transition. 🌿

💫What to expect:

🌿Tracey; from A positive Touch Reflexology & Wellness. - Nurse, Fertility Reflexologist, Reiki Practitioner (and so much more!) - will guide you through the myths and truths of menopause. With her knowledge of nutrition and women's health, she'll help you better understand what's happening in your body and how to support it naturally. 

🌿Alexandra, a Holistic Practitioner with over 20 years experience in Holistic Health, will then show you effective ways to alleviate symptoms using Acupressure points through Facial Reflexology. She'll demonstrate techniques using targeted skincare for menopause, and you'll have the chance to practise-either on each other or on your hands. Because caring for our skin during these changes is key to our overall wellbeing. 

🥗We'll take a relaxing break for lunch. (included in the price)

🧘‍♀️We'll then finish the session with Elaine from Hillistic Yoga & Reiki, a yoga teacher, who will guide you through;

-Gentle Yoga Nidra
-A calming meditation  
-A deeply restorative sound bath

🌸A beautiful opportunity to reconnect, learn and support yourself in a nurturing environment.
