DICKENS ACTIVITIES:
Friday evening, December 5 from 6-8pm:
Festivities include the lighting of the Village Christmas tree and meet and greet with Santa at Village Hall, lots of free treats and photo opportunities, the highly anticipated Living Windows - where the storefronts on Main Street come to life with portrayals of holiday scenes, Fezziwig's Festivities at the VFW with live music from Controlled Burn and more!
Saturday, December 6:
Saturday's activities include the Festival of Trees Decorating Contest, family activities, adorable adoptable pups and Christmas Tree sales at Grafelman Park, a reading of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol by the fireplace at The Mansion Bed & Breakfast, as well as a bake sale, craft fair, a charitable luncheon and the Dickens of A Christmas Sale by the Dundee Township Historical Society at Bethlehem Lutheran Church.
In the evening, come out to enjoy the Riverside Parade of Lights, kicking off at 6:30pm along the Fox River (more info at
