During this guided walk, participants will have the opportunity to see recent restoration projects, learn about future plans for the park and gain insight into the challenges and opportunities involved in managing natural spaces for the future.Following the walk, attendees are invited to join the Ranger team in helping to preserve an important heathland habitat. Working alongside Rangers, participants will help remove young birch saplings and invasive rhododendron, which threaten to encroach on the heathland and reduce its ecological value.
