Creative Writing Workshop with Jack Jackman - McManus Galleries, Dundee

Adventure awaits the most daring of readers as author Jack Jackman shares his top tips on how budding young authors can write their very own globe-trotting stories, inspired by his Maisie vs… series! From dreaming up far-flung destinations for their characters to creating twists and turns inspired by their chosen environment, come along for an epic creative writing workshop and make a start on your own writing journey… wherever it may take you!

Suitable for budding young writers aged 7 + years

Paper and pencils will be provided but children are encouraged to bring their own writing journals and pencils/pens.

The Child Book & Ticket bundle includes a copy of Maisie vs the Himalayas (RRP £7.99), available for collection at the event.

Please especially note that ticket holders 16 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult but parents/guardians accompanying their children to this workshop do not require a ticket (one accompanying adult per child with ticket.)
