Fearfully & Wonderfully Well
For ages 18+
Sundays from 6:30-8 p.m.
This class is designed for both men and women who want to understand the vital role nutrition plays in caring for our bodies. The teachings will cover various aspects of nutrition, fasting, movement, and rest. We can be fearfully and wonderfully well as we care for our bodies and pursue the plans and purposes that the Lord has for each of us. Wholeness is our portion, and may we glorify the Lord in all that we do! Let’s honor God by taking care of His temple!

Session dates:
- 1/4/26: Week 1, Believe (this will focus on reframing our minds and our hearts to believe in the healing and health God originally intended us for)
- 1/11/26: Week 2, Fast (discussion of the practice of fasting, with a brief spiritual introduction and a primary focus on the physical benefits)
- 1/18/26: Week 3, Nourish Part 1 (basic nutrition overview (e.g., macronutrients, how to read ingredient labels, etc.) and exploration of how our body physically responds to what we put in it)
- 1/25/26: Week 4, Nourish Part 2 (more specific details on foods to incorporate, what to avoid, and how to make changes easy)
- 2/1/26: Week 5, Move (importance of movement and incorporating it into your lifestyle, benefits of walking and strength training, how to begin or level up)
- 2/8/26: Week 6, Rest (how to rest effectively with sleep quality and daytime mental breaks to reset, including social media and screen breaks)
