- **Event Description**: Join us in person at CVM to build epic cardboard weapons and gear with the Adventures in Cardboard crew!About this EventAdventures in Cardboard is partnering with Cannon Valley Makers to host a cardboard armory before the Northfield AIC camp. AIC staff will lead folks in making cardboard swords, shields, armor, relics and more. We'll have the cardboard ready, the box cutters unsheathed and the pot of paper maché bubbling (metaphorically). Be sure to reserve your space - participation is capped at 20 young people. The event is pay as you can. We are asking for a donation to pay the AIC counselors, cover supplies and support the Makerspace - suggested $5 for members and $10 for non-members. Donations will be collected at the event. You can feel free to bring snacks/dinner for your family. Doors will open at 4:30 for check-in/nametags/liability forms etc. Making begins at 5pm.Pre-registration is required. Please sign up only if you really intend to come - we have limited space.Parking at CVM is limited.
