A blend of Slow Flow and Yin Yoga & Mindfulness.

This class blends slow flow with Yin yoga & mindfulness practices to gentle increase flexibility, release tension and encourage deep relaxation. Suitable for all levels, its the perfect way to unwind and restore your balance after a busy week. Each lesson ends with a guided mediation to calm the mind and improve focus and cultivate lasting peace.
