Led by classical musician Vourneen Ryan and Somatic Therapist Nessa Ryan, this unique experience weaves together gentle movement, guided refelction, nurturing touch, and live classical music to create a sanctuary of deep nourishment.Participants are invited to simply lie down and receive—allowing words, touch, and sound to restore balance and ease.
