Gather & Groove Dance Party gives you the space to move freely, connect deeply, and let the music guide you. No steps to follow—just space to express, release, and flow together in a supportive community.

Shoes off, feet grounded – Dance barefoot to connect more fully with yourself and the space! Let movement be your language in this judgment-free zone. Move however feels right; this is your space to be fully yourself. Scent-free environment – Please avoid strong fragrances.

Come as you are, dance as you feel, and be part of a community that grooves together!

Gather & Groove Dance Party is a MY Community event, join the party for a sliding scale of $11-$15.
