One time out per rack (not per shooter)
No 3-foul
Sideline talking: No conversation when it's your team's turn. As soon as the opponent's turn is over , ALL conversation must stop.
Close hits: Come ask TD or ask a neutral party to watch the hit, preferably record it.
Playing out of order: will result in ball in hand

ZERO tolerance for unsportsmanlike conduct you will be eliminated
Sharking- can result in elimination
No slamming sticks or balls on tables
If you and your partner are called over the mic you have 3 minutes to get to your assigned table or will result in a forfeit. We are not crowd searching… be present!

Participants who are not established in APA will need to reach out for conversions from other formats.
It is the participants responsibility to provide their most accurate skill level across ALL formats (APA, BCA, FARGO, TAP, and any others). The highest skill level from all leagues will be used for tournament placement. Providing inaccurate or falsified information will result in removal from the tournament without any refund(s).
Skill Levels: We will use the highest established skill level in 8-ball (for 8 ball formats), in the past two years- unless otherwise stated in event information. If you are not an established APA shooter, an APA skill level will be assigned to you based on your ratings in other formats. Skill levels will be locked 14 days prior to the date of the tournament. An increase or decrease in skill level will not affect shooters who have already signed up.
To ensure you are reflected with your most accurate skill level, you must be active on a current team and have completed at least 20 matches within the last 2 years.
Fargo Ratings: A Fargo rating with 200 robustness is required to be considered an established skill level. If a player does not have an established Fargo rating, we reserve the right to assign a temporary rating based on league and tournament play, known ability, and other factors. This temporary rating will only apply to this specific tournament. Future tournaments may have different rating assignments at the our discretion.
Abusive or threatening language, along with any other unsportsmanlike behavior will result in being disqualified from the tournament at our discretion.
