It is a time to pause, to reflect & reconnect. To honour the season of winter within. To receive warmth and nourishment, and lay to rest what feels heavy and ready to be released. 

The Solstice is a time to reflect on endings and beginnings, as we honour the ever-turning wheel of life.

This is a potent time to gather for a heart-warming meditation, as we witness the rebirth of the sun - a powerful symbol of renewal and hope. 

For our ancestors, this turning point of the seasons was a time to celebrate resilience & honour the balance between the dark and the light.

As we begin our descent into the heart of Winter, the medicine of Tea serves as a guide to remember the the true gifts the season - and connect to the ever-enduring promise of that the light always returns even after the darkest night.

Each ceremonial Tea meditation is a healing experience. Each gathering is an opportunity for a sacred PAUSE. A time to just be & breathe, release & receive. 

You will be guided into a simple meditation to engage with the art of slowing down. Sipping tea in the essence of presence, we will share spacious, nourishing silence. Sip by sip, we welcome ourselves home to the heart of the moment.  

The journey is designed to allow us to cultivate & connect with inner peace, harmony & unity

At the end of each session, there are opportunities for optional reflection, heart-centered dialogue and questions, in a supportive and peaceful community environment.
