Through gentle visualization, meditation, and intuitive prompts, participants are guided into hands-on exploration with acrylics, watercolour, gouache, charcoal, yarn, and mixed-media collage—allowing ideas to emerge through play, touch, and attention.

No prior art experience is required. She Who Creates welcomes those who feel curious, blocked, rusty, or simply ready to reconnect with the joy of making. This is a space to explore process over product, trust over perfection, and creativity as a way of coming home to yourself.

Laura Sirmul brings a multidisciplinary and intuitive approach to creative and inner work. With a background in literature, languages, art, music, and theatre, her practice bridges creative expression with personal inquiry. Over the years, Laura has deepened her studies in healing and energy work, shamanic sound journey, meditation, intuition, mediumship, the Gene Keys, and Divine Feminine mystery school.

Laura is passionate about creating spaces where everyone feels safe to explore self-awareness, creativity, and transformation. Laura’s work gently weaves together art, reflection, and intuitive practices, inviting participants to reconnect with their inner wisdom and creative voice.
