Safe Center recently received accreditation from The National Children's Alliance to be a Child Advocacy Center. This has allowed Safe Center to expand services from not only serving victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking, but also child abuse.  

A Child Advocacy Center (CAC) is a child-focused, facility-based program that coordinates investigations, treatment, and prosecution of child abuse cases. They utilize multidisciplinary teams of professionals, including child protective services, law enforcement, prosecution, and mental and physical health professionals, to provide a comprehensive response to child abuse.
