From there, you’ll be gently guided into the sacred practice of japa meditation, using your mala as a tool to anchor the mind and open the heart.The day continues with a nourishing Hatha Flow yoga practice, designed to awaken the body, release tension, and bring you back into balance. Afterwards, a light, wholesome lunch will be provided—offering time to rest, connect, and integrate.In the afternoon, settle into stillness with a guided meditation followed by an immersive sound bath, allowing the nervous system to deeply unwind.
