Intuitive Dance with Julie

Join Julie for this Intuitive Dance event. It is a monthly community movement practice inviting you into a sacred, non-judgmental space to listen inward and move in relationship with music, breath, and presence. Rooted in inclusivity and embodied awareness, the practice inspires exploration of new ways to move—free to follow your own rhythm while remaining mindful of the shared space and those around you.

Each gathering is gently facilitated and held with intention, beginning and ending together to support grounding, connection, and integration. The dance floor is a non-verbal, barefoot, and substance-free space, with respect and consent at its heart, allowing joy, release, and meaningful connection to naturally unfold.
