About the event

Gut Health and Medicinal Herb Class

We will be making kimchi and learning about cold fermentation, immune support, gut health and medicinal herbs. Everyone participating will take home their wide mouth quart jar full of the kimchi made in class, a fermentation weight and a fermenting muddler. Class cost is $35.
