The Buck Full Moon arrives in Aquarius, inviting us to step back from the familiar and reconnect with a broader perspective.

Aquarius encourages authenticity, innovation, and the courage to honour what makes us uniquely ourselves. Under this Full Moon, we are invited to release limiting expectations, old ways of thinking, and the roles we've outgrown, creating space for greater freedom and alignment.

Like the antlers of the buck, which are renewed each year, this moon reminds us of our capacity for growth, evolution, and transformation.

This Full Moon offers an opportunity to reflect on where life may be calling you forward, while remaining grounded in the wisdom you've already gathered along the way.

We begin with a simple intention-sharing circle, arriving gently into the space. From there, you'll be guided into an immersive sound journey with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, drum, and voice — supporting deep rest, release, renewal, and reconnection.

Adeline is a Sound & Energy Healer whose work is rooted in deep listening — to the body, the Earth, and the subtle currents that move through life.
Through sound journeys with crystal bowls, gong, drum, and voice, she creates spaces where the mind softens and the body returns to its natural rhythm. Her work invites a reconnection with presence, allowing what is ready to release, settle, or awaken to unfold in its own time.
Alongside her sound healing work, Adeline also facilitates movement journeys inspired by Kundalini dance teachings, where intuitive movement invites a deeper connection with the body and its energy.
