Experience music, community, and camping under the stars at the 2025 Islands Folk Festival, July 25-27 at Providence Farm in Duncan, BC.
Year-round therapeutic community Providence Farm is the perfect setting for the Islands Folk Festival, now in its 41st year. This year’s festival lineup includes Boy Golden, Wide Mouth Mason, Ndidi O, The Paperboys, Art Napoleon, Stephen Fearing and Becky Prokova, and many others.
Along with the investment in household names, this edition of the Islands Folk Festival is proud to break new talent and emerging artists such as Becky Prokova from Victoria whose new album, “Uncover,” is earning rave reviews and Shawna Caspi, from Toronto, who is a songwriting and guitar playing virtuoso. “We have many great artists that are new to us or that we haven’t seen for a while” says Connolly, “I’m particularly looking forward to seeing Ndidi O who is, by all accounts, a musical force to behold and Art Napoleon who always gets people right in the heart.”

• Free Workshops: Engaging workshops for all ages, including washboard, guitar, ukulele, songwriting, and group singing.
• Camping Experience: Enjoy the full festival experience by camping on-site with your family. The beautiful grounds of Providence Farm offer a perfect setting for a weekend getaway, allowing you to immerse yourself in the festival atmosphere.
• Sparkle Zone Kids Area: A dedicated area for children filled with fun and educational activities, ensuring a family-friendly environment. The Sparkle Zone will feature crafts, games, and interactive performances designed to entertain and inspire
your wee folks.

The festival is dedicated to promoting sustainability and community engagement. Efforts include waste reduction initiatives, free shuttles to the site, locally-sourced food,
