ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME

Where: Vancouver Island Yoga School, 360 Duncan St, Duncan BC

Come and join in the fun as we collectively guide you through 108 Sun Salutations. The 108 Sun Salutations will be broken up into multiple sets, with a mini savasana after each set. Do one set, two sets, or all of them!

This powerful experience will stretch you and leave your yoga practice changed. It’s an incredible way to detox both physically and mentally, all while supporting a great cause.

Donations accepted at the door or visit yogagivesback.org to make a donation for a tax receipt.
