- **Event Description**: Starting with a gentle, accessible Ashtanga inspired Yoga practice, we move on to a Guided Creative Expression (creative writing) Workshop.About this EventWe begin with Part One: - Sacral Chakra Ashtanga Yoga Flow.A gentle, accessible Ashtanga inspired yoga practice designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and open the sacral energy centre.Through mindful movement and breath, the practice aims to-Release stored tension and emotional blocks.Support relaxation and nervous system regulation.Encourage creative energy to move freely.Deepen connection to body and intuition.No prior Ashtanga Yoga experience is needed - we are always working 'towards', options can be offered throughout.Part Two: - Guided Creative Expression Workshop.The second half of the evening will be facilitated with Helen, a poet and prose writer with a deeply rooted daily creative practice, including an ongoing haiku project shared on Substack.Drawing on both creative writing techniques and embodied awareness, this session offers a supportive, gently structured space to explore expression, after the body & nervous system have softened through yoga.This is not about being a "writer" or producing polished work.
