This session is designed to help you slow down, move with intention and recoAbout this EventJoin me for a yoga session at Tyninghame beach.We will meet at the car park before setting off on a mindful walk to our practice spot. Surrounded by nature, we’ll move, breathe and slow down together in this beautiful peaceful setting. The yoga practice itself will last for one hour.After the session, there will be time to stay, watch the sun go down, connect and enjoy some refreshments with like-minded people. For the brave souls, there is also the option for a dip/swim in the sea.Please note: if you choose to swim, this is done at your own risk, currents are known to be stronger hereInstuctions Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in. Please bring:
A yoga mat
Plenty of water
Layers/waterproofs
Sunscreen
This is Scotland after all.
Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes early. So we are ready to set off on time.
If the weather turns severe, the class will be rescheduled.
