Angie Garton, Menopause and Midlife Coach integrates both science and self-connection in this two-hour workshop.
Join us for an insightful and uplifting session exploring how to navigate this stage of life with ease, self-awareness, and even joy.
Through the Whole Woman Wellness Method, you’ll discover a grounded, evidence-informed approach to midlife health that will help you to manage symptoms now whilst also insuring your future health.
You’ll learn how physical changes, emotional shifts, and identity growth all intertwine at this life stage, and how to work with your body, rather than against it.

A few comments from women who have received guidance and coaching from Angie...
"If I hadn’t found you I have no idea where I’d be with regards to my body changes right now."
"Angie's expertise really shone through... she approach the topic with enthusiasm, reassurance and even a sense of humour."
"I feel a real sense of hope for myself. I feel your approach has enabled me to look at the pieces of the jigsaw that can help me work to good health in the coming years. And the changes I am making in my routines are helping me feel like I’m gaining something, rather than losing a vital part of myself."
"You helped me to keep the little bit of thread I felt I was hanging onto held tight and to keep hold of it, to keep backing myself and eventually to start giving it a little pull. When I look out the window and I think about the world I feel better knowing you're in it."
"When perimenopause symptoms strike, so many women try to hide them and feel like they're failing in some way by admitting they feel the way they do.Angie reassured us that it's ok to feel like that during perimenopause, it's part of our human growth as women. Instead of hiding from it, fighting against it and ultimately putting more stress on our bodies and minds, we should own it and adapt where we need to."
