Relationship Series - A three part workshop

A 3-part workshop series focused on building healthier, more connected relationships. Each class may be taken individually or as part of the full series.

1. Dynamics of a Relationship – Understand patterns, roles, and emotional needs in relationships.
2. Anger in Relationships – Learn healthy ways to understand and manage anger.
3. Communication – Improve listening, expression, and difficult conversations.

$50 per person per classOpen to individuals and couples.
