Train with Andy Patton Sensei. He aims to look at some bunkai ideas, and some ideas he has learned from Sunday Budo Sessions. Andy is also a valued member of the UK Karate Podcast and Budo Mindset Magazine. Speaking with a range of martial artists, he is great and very welcoming 🙏
