Stop Worrying Start Living | Meditation half-day course | with Kelsang Drolma

In this inspiring half day course, we will look at how worry is a feeling that we all experience. In fact, it’s not unusual for many of us to experience worry throughout our day, even about small insignificant things. It can feel as if there’s always something to worry about. Our worrying habit will always ‘find’ something to worry about. So, it is this habit that is our actual problem. Worry robs us of our peace of mind, wastes our time and prevents us from enjoying our life.

In this course we will explore how to let go of this bad mental habit.  Letting go of worry will allow us to enjoy a care-free and peaceful mind.

Everyone welcome – no meditation experience needed.

11.30-12.30 Session 2

Teacher

This meditation course will be guided by ordained Buddhist Nun Kelsang Drolma.  She is much loved for her warm and clear teachings.  Her practical advice and sense of humour make it easy to take Buddha's teachings to heart and put them into practice in our daily lives.
