Dumfries and Galloway Schools Orienteering Championships

This event always has a great atmosphere and the pupils just love it. Expect lots of smiling faces and a great buzz of excitement around the start and finish areas. This year's venue is still to be officially announced but I know that preparations are already under way.


The competition is open to pupils in Dumfries and Galloway in year groups P5 through to S6. There are no limits to the number of entries that can submitted for a school however pupils in P5 are expected to compete in pairs.

Details of how to enter will be posted on the web (www.solwayorienteers.co.uk and here on Solway's FB page) and circulated to schools via Active Schools teams early 2019.
