Learn how meditation can help you make positive changes and become the person you want to be.
We are often aware that we need to make certain changes in our lives but we may be lacking the confidence we need. We all suffer from time to time from a lack of self-confidence and often identify strongly with our limitations. During this half day course develop the confidence to change. Learn powerful methods derived from Buddha’s teachings, to develop an authentic sense of self-confidence, overcome habitual negativity and come to identify with your pure potential.
Everyone welcome - no meditation experience needed.
10.30-11.30am Session 1
11.30-12.00pm Tea break
12.00- 1.00pm Session 2
This meditation course will be guided by ordained Buddhist Nun Kelsang Drolma. She is much loved for her warm and clear teachings. Her practical advice and sense of humour make it easy to take Buddha's teachings to heart and put them into practice in our daily lives.
