Children’s Yoga (8-12 yos)
Yoga poses, games, stories and breathing exercises that capture the imagination in Peter Pan Moat Brae(Centre for Children’s Literature)!
Yoga creates a flexible body and mind, awareness and strength therefore creating wellbeing. Yoga for kids is a fun way for them to develop these skills in these classes where there is support and non-judgment.
?Helps flexibility, balance, coordination, and strength.
?Helps body awareness, focus, concentration and self esteem.
In these classes kids make friends, respect each other(namaste!) and learn about the world through magical journeys to different places and explore other cultures and learn about different animals.
(NB Moat Brae is not open yet, I am just using the Garden Room as a venue from March for children’s yoga).
