Artist Helen Walsh will provide templates and guide you through the process of transferring your design onto fabric, adding colour with fabric pastels and pens and embellishing with hand embroidery. We’ll experiment with different stitches to add character to our portraits and create unique textile art works. This workshop is suitable for beginners but more experienced stitcher’s will also pick up lots of hints and tips. Feel free to bring any favourite threads or an inspiration picture.
