Join me for a relaxing and sensory Aroma Balance Workshop using beautiful Neal's Yard Remedies essential oils.
In this small group experience (maximum 5–6 people), you will be guided through a gentle aroma journey where you will choose essential oils intuitively; allowing scent, emotion, and wellbeing to lead the way.
You will:
Experience a guided essential oil smelling session
Discover which aromas support your wellbeing in the moment
Create your own personalised aromatherapy bath oil to take home
No previous knowledge is needed. This workshop is designed to be calming, relaxing, and enjoyable for everyone.
Held in a relaxed café setting, this is the perfect opportunity to pause, reconnect with your senses, and enjoy a nourishing wellbeing experience. There will be opportunity to explore Neal's Yard Remedies products on the day.
Duration: approx. 60–90 minutes
