It marks the turning point between summer’s outward energy and winter’s inward pull, a threshold the natural world has marked for thousands of years as a time of harvest, gratitude, and letting go.For us, it’s a natural invitation to pause. To notice what we’re ready to release as the year darkens, and what we want to carry forward. It’s less about believing in anything and more about listening, to the body, to the season, to what’s actually true for you right now.
