Mark will be in-store from 12pm-2pm to discuss all things related to his new wellness book, Wisdom from the Woods: A Year of Gentle Guidance from Mother Nature. This heartwarmingly motivational work combines wildlife observations, lessons from nature, humor, and Mark's lifetime of experiences with our area's wild places to highlight how rediscovering our environmental connectedness can improve our emotional wellbeing and greatly enhance our lives. Mark's time with us will include discussion, selected readings, and Q & A; copies of the book will also be available for purchase and author signing. PLUS, with each copy sold, Mark will donate 100% of his royalties to the Student Nutrition Assistance Program (via the Northwood Technical College Foundation) to help feed hungry students and their families.
