This is for you! Join us for an 8 week running program to help rebuild your aerobic base.
We'll kick off 1.7 and go through 2.25 meeting every Saturday morning 8:30-9:30a for an in-person run. We'll also be doing a weekly 30 minute running specific zoom workout. *all zoom workouts will be recorded so you can do them on your our time anytime.
$75 includes your training plan to help you build a solid aerobic base 10% off classes at the studio weekly run and workout.
